Under 21 years old or know someone who is?
We’ve been waiting for you!
Pony Club is one of the leading junior equestrian organizations in the world, represented throughout 30 countries! The United States has over 600 individual Clubs spread throughout 48 states and the Virgin Islands, with more than 12,000 members.
It is not necessary for a child to own a horse or pony, but they must have access to one when required. Programs are offered in dressage, eventing, show jumping, mounted games, tetrathlon, quiz, vaulting, foxhunting, and polocrosse.
During "unmounted" meetings members learn about feeding, shoeing, veterinary care, and other areas of horse management. Under adult supervision, the more experienced Pony Club members instruct and assist younger members.

Good Cheap BodyWork in Corte Madera
As i'm finishing up my 1000hr training at The Institute of Conscious BodyWork I find myself in need of clinic hours. I did some basic ones a couple years back when I finished my 1st level classes, but now I need to do specialized clinic hours for NeuroMuscular Reprogramming (NMR).
I'm excited to get going on this part, but they're having trouble with the clinic these days. Ever since the school moved to it's new location in Corte Madera they can't seem to get enough bodies into the clinic. This is a shame on a number of levels. Besides the fact that I need to get my hours, folks are missing out on really quality work for a good price. In the student clinic you get $75 minutes of NMR for $55. Let me tell you, that is dirt cheap. I already use some of this great tool in my own practice, but in this setting you'd get the work with a teacher supervising as well.
So if you or anyone you know is interested in some great bodywork for a cheap price, please come check it out.
It's on Mondays at 2:30 and 4:15.
The school is at 150 Nellen Ave, Corte Madera, 94925
To schedule an appointment call (415) 945-9945
Here's a little blurb on what NMR is about:
NMR provides solutions for conditions that have not previously responded to treatment. Practitioners will utilize muscle testing to assess dysfunctions of the coordination system, cuing the brain for new learning. the immediate correction of neuromuscular imbalances addresses pain at its source: the motor control center of the brain. You can expect accelerated recovery and relief from chronic injuries and ailments such as:
- Frozen Shoulder
- Loss of Muscle Strength
- Sports Injuries
- Structural Imbalances
- Old Injuries
- Low Back and Neck Pain

Please join us in this FLY THE FLAG campaign and PLEASE forward this email to everyone in your address book asking them to also forward it.
THE PROGRAM IS THIS:
On Monday, September 11th, 2006, an American flag should be displayed outside every home, apartment, office, and store in the United States.
Every individual should make it their duty to display an American flag on this fifth anniversary of our country's worst tragedy. We do this in honor of those who lost their lives on 9/11, their families, friends and loved ones who continue to endure the pain, and those who today are fighting at home and abroad to preserve our cherished freedoms.
In the days, weeks and months following 9/11, our country was bathed in American flags as citizens mourned the incredible losses and stood shoulder-to-shoulder against terrorism. Sadly, those flags have all but disappeared. Our patriotism pulled us through some tough times and it shouldn't take another attack to galvanize us in solidarity. Our American flag is the fabric of our country and together we can prevail over terrorism of all kinds.
Action Plan: So, here's what we need you to do...
(1) Forward this email to everyone you know (at least 11 people). Please don't be the one to break this chain. Take a moment to think back to how you felt on 9/11 and let those sentiments guide you.
(2) Fly an American flag of any size on 9/11. Honestly, Americans should fly the flag year-round, but if you don't, then at least make it a priority on this day.
Thank you for your participation.
God Bless You and God Bless America

Well, it looks like no one checks this community out, but I'm going to give it a try anyways.
Hey, my name is Karna and I live in Healdsburg. Most of my time is spent working with the Imagination Foundation; a non-profit theatre orginization to teach people about the art of theatre. This summer (06) we are starting a project based around young people from ages 8 to 23 and ages 55 and up. Its called the living theatre project and its about the town of healdsburg and the people who live here. Its based on the words, thoughts, and sayings of ANYONE who lives here or around healdsburg. to read more about it, visit http://theimaginists.org/livingtheater.htm.

ta da [no fanfare]
Yeah, like the userinfo says, I don't expect anyone to flood this place with great tid bits and such. It's just a place-keeper in case the need arises.
Every other community seems to be area or subject-specific. This one now exists.
